Entry with any premotion is deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

2 Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, child, ), of RS Glazing Promoter.

5. Only one entry per person per prize promotion unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion. All additional entries will be disqualified.

6. No bulk entries no companies only private residents can enter. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is creating profiles or users to have multiple entries these will be discounted and these entrants will be disqualified from entering in the future.  Any entries made after the cut off date will not be counted if a said date is supplied.

17. Winner Selection: Prize draw winner (s)will be randomly selected by a computerised random generator from all entries.

8 Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by email or Facebook profile via the account provided at point of entry within 14 days of the closing date and will have 7 days from notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within this time frame the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.

9. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

10. Upon entering the contest you give sole rights to images and videos taken of the before, whilst and after to be used for promotional purposes either physical promotion or digital promote in all forms. Including the prize winners name and area. Permission for this can not be withdraw after entering upon usage of images, videos or names the entrant will not be given any royalty, payment or other compensation in any way for these usages, the entrant also aggress that RS Glazing may pass on the images to be used by other companies within the RS Glazing group or at the desecration of the company, if images are past no payment can be received for these images either by the company or by the entrant.

11.RS Glazing reserves the right, to withdraw, amend, cancel or terminate any promotion offer or competition at any time, RS Glazing accepts no responsibility to any digital errors or failures of any entree’s.

12. Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with RS Glazing will be kept secure and used in line with these terms and conditions including future marketing from the Promoter unless the entrant requests otherwise.
